Click on your required category below and simply add your items to your basket. You can always call into the shop for a paper order form or email shop@grangefarmcrawleydown.co.uk for an email copy.

Once the order is placed you will receive an Order Confirmation via email, please print this off and bring it with you when you come to collect your order.

Please Note : Last date for guaranteed orders is the Friday 13th December.

We have hourly collection slots to help reduce the queuing time. You will be given the option of a day and time to collect but please note that we do have a limited number of collection slots per hour.

There are two options when collecting:

PREPAID COLLECTION ONLY – if you have paid in full for your order and do not require anything else on the day you can come to our Prepaid Collection door – you will need your Order Confirmation and proof of payment. There will be no option to add items or pay for anything at this door this is to keep the process as quick as possible.

QUEUE FOR THE SHOP – if you still need to pay for your order or require other goods on the day please join the queue for the shop and don’t forget your Order Confirmation.

Please Note: You must have your Order Confirmation when you come to collect and be within your time slot. If you come outside of your time slot you will not be able to collect your order.

We will take full payment when you place your order online to improve the speed of the collection process. You can pay via our merchant service using a credit or debit card.

If you are ordering in store we require a £30 non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering. You have the option to pay in full there and then, pay when you collect at Christmas or pay a weekly amount towards the total instore.

If for whatever reason you need to change your slot you can do so by emailing orders@grangefarmcrawleydown.co.uk and quoting your name and order number.

Arrive on the right day, within your time slot and with your order confirmation to collect your order. Our staff will be on hand to help carry any boxes.

It is important that you come within your collection time, if you are outside of the allocated time you will not be able to collect your order.

Follow the queue systems at the front of the shop. You might need an umbrella and warm clothes.

Put everything in the fridge. Not your garage, greenhouse or garden shed!
